Kate Grossman
Co-Founder & CEO
Kate is an experienced product strategy leader with expertise in DTC ecommerce, brick-and-mortar retail, subscription models, and Amazon channels. She has a proven track record in driving physical product roadmap development, identifying white-space opportunities, and delivering innovative business solutions. She’s passionate about transforming insights into impactful results.
Dan Grossman
Co-Founder & Creative Director
Dan is an accomplished industrial design and strategy leader with expertise in building brands and shaping products that drive impact. He has led the creation of groundbreaking consumer goods, innovative packaging systems, and brand experiences that connect across physical and digital touchpoints. His work, recognized with multiple design and utility patents, has been featured in leading publications such as Metropolis, Dwell, and New York Magazine, and showcased at the prestigious Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian Design Museum.
Justin Burton
Partner & Design Director
Justin is a hands-on thinker with a deep understanding of how things are made. Trained in industrial design at Kendall College of Art and Design and shaped by over a decade in consultancy, he approaches product development as both an engineer and a storyteller. His work spans from furniture to consumer goods, always grounded in real-world insight and a healthy skepticism of the status quo. At Loveit, Justin’s goal is simple: to make things that feel right, work well, and don’t need much explaining.
Maggie Piesz
Senior Designer
Maggie is a designer and illustrator who approaches each project with curiosity, precision, and impact. She holds a degree in graphic design from Western Michigan University and has created work for clients including Bell’s Brewery and Google. Her practice spans digital and physical media, combining creative experimentation with strategic thinking and a hands-on approach to turn ideas into purposeful, engaging work. She thrives on challenges that push her to explore new techniques and expand her creative boundaries, delivering work that makes a lasting impact.
